Cancellation policy: If you cancel, 90% of your fees (based on full payment) will be refunded 10 weeks or longer prior to your event. 75% of your fees (based on full payment) will be refunded 6-10 weeks prior to your event. No fees refundable within 6 weeks of your event.
In the unlikely event that your ARTrageous event is cancelled (i.e. due to lack of registrants, an act of nature, etc.), you will receive a full refund of your registration fees. You will remain responsible for your personal expenses, such as airfare. We recommend you secure your transportation only after we've sent our confirmation email to you, and that you take precautions such as trip insurance, etc.
Privacy policy: Your registration information stays with us. We do not sell or circulate our mail list.
